Hygiene and Care

Hygiene & Veterinary Care.

The beauty of the coat.

Eye care: Paying attention to your pet's eye hygiene is essential for its own health and the well-being of those around it.

* Dogs and cats' eyes are often prone to irritation when living outdoors.

* Dust, grass, and branches can get stuck around the eyes and cause conjunctivitis.

* You can use a disinfectant and soothing solution as a first step, but if symptoms persist, there are eye drops suitable for dogs and cats. Ask your pharmacist for advice.

Ear care: it is recommended to clean your pet's ears regularly, every 15 days to 1 month with a gentle product with cerumenolytic properties, and before any application of local treatment for ear infections or mange.

How to clean ears?

* Instill a suitable cleaning product into the ear and gently massage the base of the ear to facilitate the diffusion of the product, then wipe with a cotton ball to collect the earwax.

* Never use cotton swabs!

* The external part (pavilion) can be cleaned with ready-to-use cleaning wipes.

* These cleaning wipes are also practical for cleaning eyes and even the muzzle.
