The choice, costs and delivery times
*Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs (which are fixed) as well as delivery costs (which are variable).
*We recommend combining all of your items into one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each order.
* Package shipments are made by the carrier you choose when ordering. It is at this stage that the price and delivery times are indicated for each carrier.
We deliver to almost all countries in the world, if your country is not displayed during order validation, please contact us. We have special offers for certain countries such as mainland France, Belgium, Spain, Germany, Italy, Portugal, Luxembourg, the United Kingdom and the Netherlands.
No order is like another: the weight, fragility and volume of the products vary. Here, delivery costs are calculated based on your order (amount and weight of the items). Indeed, why apply the same costs to two different items but of the same price ?
The carriers offered depend on the weight of your package, the country of delivery and the place of delivery (home or relay point).

- The delivery times announced are average and may be temporarily extended depending on current events in each country and customs clearance times for destination countries outside the European Union.
* Once the package has been prepared by us, it will be delivered to you within the time indicated. The packages are ordinary, anonymous, to avoid theft! The sender is "Selarl Tiaré", please accept the package.
* We cannot deliver to all countries, if no carrier is displayed when validating your order, your country is not deliverable through our website. You can also send us a message if you would like to know if we deliver to your Country.
*We offer compensation for any items lost in transit, i.e. a replacement item will be shipped as soon as the shipping company confirms the package has been lost or a full refund for your order will be made to you.
If according to the carrier's tracking system the package has been delivered, you have no recourse. In such cases, it will be the customer's responsibility to contact the post office or shipping company in their country and whose telephone numbers are available upon request. We will do our best to help you as much as we can.
If your package is not delivered for reasons beyond our control and it is returned to us, you will be asked to pay for postage costs if the package needs to be returned.

* You must be careful to enter your contact details correctly when creating your delivery address. If the delivery person refuses to wait, you must mention this in full on the delivery slip. If you notice any damage to the packaging and contents, refuse it and report the damage specifically. Packaging
We take particular care with our shipments, in order to avoid the clumsiness of sorting centers and delivery people.
In fact, we ship your order with maximum protection, so that it arrives to you in perfect condition. This protection meets the specifications of carriers: being able to withstand the fall of a 30 kilogram package on it.
Delivery delay
* It is indicated when choosing the carrier, if all the products in your order are indicated "in stock". This delivery time is indicative and does not take into account the preparation time for your order and is indicated in number of working days.
As long as the announced delivery time (in working days) according to your carrier has not been exceeded, it is normal that your package has not yet been delivered, there is therefore no point in asking us to intervene in the delivery of your package.
* We would also like to point out that we offer a carrier delivering within 24 hours. But if you place a late order, for example at 5 p.m., it cannot be delivered the next day.
Only orders placed before 9 a.m. can be shipped the same day for delivery the next day, if it is a working day.
