If you have trouble accessing our website, or products that don't fit into the basket after you have selected it, think about reset your browser / empty the cache.

1 Click on the 3 small vertical points that are completely right of your address bar
2 Click Historical → then again on Historical
3 Select “Delete navigation data” from the left side menu
4 Click on the “Advanced Settings” tab and select all SAUF “Passwords and input data”
5 Click “Delete Data” ... and this is it!
About Mozilla Firefox:
1 Click on the 3 small bars that are completely right of your address bar
2 Click Options
3 Select "Private life and security" from the left side menu
4 Get down on the page to go to the cookie section and site data
5 Click “ delete data”
6 Uncheck “cookies and site data” and click delete ...and here it’s over!
On Internet Explorer 8,9,10 and 11:
1 Press Control + Maj + Suppr simultaneously
2 A dialog box called “Delete navigation history” is displayed.Check all except elements “Passwords” ... and here it’s over! You can now refresh your page by typing on F5 and everything will go in order.
