* Is your order awaiting restocking?
Don't panic...
First of all, we remind you that we indicate the stock levels of all our products on our website. And yes, we don't hide any information from you.
Therefore, simply go to the product page that interests you to find out the restocking time for the desired product. This timeframe is given excluding any possible manufacturer shortages.


* Your order has been shipped, but you have no further information.
When your order was shipped, an email was sent to you with the tracking number. Please check your "junk" or "spam" folder if you find it.
You can also check the tracking number from your customer account if you have created one. Otherwise, it's here .

Tip: The tracking number can also be found in the address of the internet link that we provide to you (example: tracking link = https://www.boxtal.com/tracking/TMH5NBHCHWFN8YOY2AS0?orderReference=XY019477554TS and tracking number = XY019477554TS ).

With your tracking number, you can go to the Parcelapp website to check the tracking of your package.

But you can also check the package tracking directly from the carrier's website by entering the tracking number in the "track my package" box.



As we are not the carrier, we have no more information than you do about the tracking of your package. We remind you that the delivery time depends on the carrier and is measured in WORKING days. For example:
UPS delivers to France to a relay point within 3 to 5 working days.
Shop2shop delivers to France via a collection point within 3 to 8 working days.
Please contact us to track your delivery if this timeframe is exceeded by more than 4 business days. This timeframe begins upon receipt of the package by the carrier, after the preparation time.

Reminder: There is no shipping on Mondays or Saturdays. If your package is listed as shipped and the tracking shows it as awaiting shipment, it means it was prepared after Friday noon and has not yet been shipped.

* Your package is indicated as delivered but you have not received anything.
You were expecting home delivery, but isn't it actually a pick-up point? You can find the answer to this question by looking at the carrier's name. If it says "pick-up point," it's not a home delivery.
If your delivery was free, then again it is not home delivery (except in Germany, Italy or Portugal) that you have chosen.

For delivery to a relay point (other than a locker or box), an ID is sufficient. For lockers and boxes, the carrier will have provided you with a code. If this is not the case, please contact the carrier.
