Before shipping a package with Shipping Coverage, please read these terms and conditions carefully. When you add this insurance to your shipment, you automatically agree to its terms and conditions.

Who is XCover?

When does Shipping Coverage start and end?
Once activated, package protection begins as soon as your packages receive a shipping label. Your package is covered for the entire duration of transit and delivery.

Protection ends when the package has been successfully delivered to the recipient.


What is covered?
Protection covers your shipments in case of theft, loss or damage during transport and delivery, by reimbursing the sale value of the product.

However, the protection covers:
Return shipping costs for damaged items (up to the original shipping costs)
Reshipping costs for lost or stolen items (also up to the original shipping costs)
Coverage of these costs depends on the terms and limits of the policy.
Items are covered until delivery to the recipient.

What is not covered?
Insurance covers your items until they are delivered to the recipient. For example, if your shipment is delivered and then stolen, it is not protected.

Insurance does not extend to items damaged prior to shipment. Duties or taxes applied to the return or reshipment of stolen, lost, or damaged packages are also not covered.

Depending on your insurance, certain items are also excluded. Perishable goods, antiques, vehicles, and tobacco are generally not covered. You are also not covered for the shipment of illegal items and the associated costs.
