The modern nail polish formula consists mainly of a mix of different resins, solvents and coloured pigments.
The correct dosing between the components is the essential condition for a varnish to be easily applied and adheres perfectly to the nail.
The composition is elaborated in such a way that the nail can breathe although it is covered with several layers.
Only ingredients selected with the greatest care make up the Mini Color MAVALA nail polishes.
Our pearl nail polishes ("pearl") contain, for example, natural mother-of-pearl from fish scales to give a true opalescent shine.

A quality nail polish correctly applied on a protective basis, such as MAVALA 002 or BARRIERE-BASE, is assumed to hold from five to seven days, under normal conditions of everyday life.The laying of a layer of COLORFIX or MAVADRY at the end of a manicure, and thereafter once every two days, increases the holding of your nail polish in time.

A too thick varnish is hard to apply, dry only very slowly and so stretches more easily.We advise you to add a few drops of DILUANT for varnish.It is important to never add dissolvent to fluidize it, as it would cause a separation of the varnish components.Dissolvents contain water that is incompatible with the varnish!

The nail polish tends to thicken over time, especially if the bottle is not properly closed between applications.Avoid leaving the bottle too long open.When not used, keep it well closed and in vertical position.

The varnish, by its formula, is more fluid in a warm and thicker climate in a cold climate.Never expose your varnish to too high temperature, or close to a heat source.Nail varnishes that only apply in one layer and dry in a few seconds prove useful to the woman who has little time for a manicure or whose nails require a quick touch.These nail polishes are usually less glossy and less stretch resistant than a normal varnish.

Before applying the varnish, shake the bottle well, as some colors tend to separate or drop.The balls contained in the varnish bottle favour the right mixture and temporarily break its thixotropy (the varnish regains its proper fluidity).As a result, the application of the varnish is facilitated.

Before applying a base, make sure your hands are clean and dry and free from any trace of fat.
