The original tiger balm was created in Burma in the 1870s by a Chinese herbalist named AW CHU KIN
Against insect bites.
Tiger balm is known to be very effective in relieving small insect bites that cause pain and itching, such as mosquito or spider bites.
Against migraines.
Thanks to its anti-neuralgic properties, tiger balm fights migraines and other headaches.
Relieves respiratory infections.
Tiger balm has both decongestant and expectorant properties. Perfect for clearing the airways and decongesting your nose in the event of a cold, flu or sinusitis. You can also use it to relieve your cough.
Usage tips :
It is recommended to take a little in your hand and then rub the painful area in circular motions until you feel a feeling of warmth.
To relieve a respiratory infection, apply tiger balm to your chest and back. 2 to 3 times a day if necessary.
To decongest your nose, apply a touch of tiger balm under your nostrils.
Tiger balm is only used externally.
Contraindications:
Do not use on a child under 10 years old or on pregnant women.
It should never be applied to the eyes, mucous membranes, wounds or irritated skin.
Tiger balm can quite rarely cause a slight skin reaction. However, stop using it if you notice inflammation or itching in the area of application.
Do not cover with a bandage after applying tiger balm.
