Vitamin B6 0.28 milligrams
Methylated vitamin B9 40 micrograms
Methylated vitamin B12 0.5 micrograms

Valerian extract (Valeriana officinalis L.), GABA (gamma-aminobutyric acid), magnesium hydroxide, magnesium bisglycinate, zinc gluconate, poppy extract (Papaver rhoeas L.), anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; copper gluconate, vitamins B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), B9 (calcium L-methylfolate) and B12 (methylcobalamin).
Vegetable capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose).
