Terms of Use:
Training days: Take 1 scoop of 30 grams diluted in 200 to 250 milliliters of water in the morning and then before and after training.
Rest days: Take 2 measures of 30 grams diluted in 200 to 250 milliliters of water per day, preferably in the morning and evening.
