Distance measurement. Backlit screen. Hygienic measurement. Multi-purpose: bodies and objects. Memory of 30 measurements.
Thanks to its high sensitivity sensory technology including an infrared sensor, URGO Contactless Thermometer takes the temperature remotely in just 3 seconds. It is able to measure body temperature but also that of objects such as a bottle or a meal. Avoid all risks of transmission of infectious agents by contact thanks to its distance measurement (up to 5 cm maximum). The different alarm signals obtained depending on the displayed result facilitate the use of the thermometer. For optimal temperature monitoring, URGO Non-Contact Thermometer stores the last 30 measurements made in memory. Infrared sensor. Quick results. Without contact. Multifunction.
FOR WHAT FOR WHOM? Chills, hot-cold sensation... Wouldn't that be a fever? Don't panic, URGO has the solution! URGO Non-Contact Thermometer allows remote temperature measurement in just 3 seconds! Check the body temperature, but also that of objects such as your bottles.
How to use this product? URGO Non-Contact Thermometer can measure both body and object temperatures.
Before using the URGO non-contact thermometer for the first time, remove the insulating strip from the battery compartment.
* Body temperature measurement: Before measuring, make sure that the forehead is not obstructed, such as by hair, sweat, cosmetics or hats.
Switch on the thermometer using the ON key Once turned on, the thermometer performs a self-test and enters body temperature mode after a few seconds. The URGO non-contact thermometer is ready to take a measurement when the “– – –” sign flashes on the screen and the symbol representing body temperature mode appears. Hold the device at a distance of about 5 centimeters (maximum) from the middle of the forehead with the sensor pointing towards the forehead (1 cm above the eyebrow). As soon as the URGO non-contact thermometer is in the right position, press START, and slowly slide the probe from the middle of the forehead towards the temple. The measurement takes about 3 seconds.
Possible results: If the measured body temperature is less than or equal to 37.8°Celcius, the result is announced by a long beep. If the measured body temperature exceeds 37.8°Celsius (as in the case of a fever), 3 short beeps sound. If the result is above or below the temperature range specific to this mode, the letters “H” or “L” will appear on the screen and three short beeps will sound. The URGO non-contact thermometer is ready for a new measurement after about 5 seconds.

Keep the device out of the reach of children to prevent them from swallowing the batteries or the battery compartment cover. Before use, the device must be brought to ambient temperature (i.e. room temperature). In the event of a change in temperature between the place of storage of the device and its place of use, it is necessary to wait at least 30 minutes before use so that the device can adjust correctly to the ambient temperature. Dirt on the infrared sensor should be gently removed using a dry cloth or cotton swab. For cleaning the sensor, do not use a tissue or paper towel.
